The Summer Show
A festival site has to sell to two very different people at once: a nineteen year old deciding whether to enter, and a sponsor deciding whether this looks professional. This one gives each of them their own path and never makes them compete for the same screen.

Two audiences with nothing in common land on the same home page. A competitor wants to know how to enter and what it costs; a sponsor wants to know that this is a real event with real numbers. Trying to serve both in one column serves neither.
So the site splits early and never makes them compete: separate routes, separate proof, separate calls to action. French is the base language, with English routed properly alongside rather than bolted on.
