Most agency sites open by talking about themselves. This one opens by naming the exact frustration the visitor arrived with, and only starts selling once the reader has already agreed with it.
The brief was a site that did not sound like an agency. The fix was structural rather than cosmetic: the first screen belongs to the visitor's problem, and the agency does not introduce itself until the reader has nodded once.
Twenty two pages held together by one set of tokens and one motion layer, so a page added next year still looks like it belongs.
